Our policy lasts for 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

General Conditions:

For a product to be eligible for exchange or return, it must meet the following requirements:


- Must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- Must retain original labels (internal and external).
- Must be presented in its original packaging.
- Must have proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

No exchanges or refunds are accepted on:

  • Socks
  • Bodys
  • Caps and visors
  • Hair accessories
  • Items that were purchased at a discount or were acquired in our online sale section.

For purchases made online

  • Returns or exchanges of products purchased online must be processed through our website via the link below or sending us an email. After initiating the process and selecting a return or exchange, you can visit our physical stores or return the items via courier.
  • For size exchanges, you must initiate the exchange process on our website. You will also need to present your purchase receipt (which arrived with your order) to make an exchange
  • Exchanges and returns of purchases made during promotional periods may have restrictions; please check our promotions section for specific details.
  • Products purchased with special promotional coupons (which we send by email or WhatsApp messages) have their own restrictions; please check these restrictions in the messages we send and/or in your purchase confirmation.
