At FitFigura, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation

  • During peak periods (sales, launches), processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 12–15 business days

  • Mexico: 12–15 business days

  • International: 12–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

 

At FitFigura, we work with specialized suppliers to bring you the highest quality activewear and shapewear. We always do our best to ship your complete order in one package. However, on some occasions — particularly when you order from different collections — your items may arrive in 2 separate packages with individual tracking numbers. If this happens, you will receive a notification email with both tracking numbers so you can follow each package. Both packages are on their way to you — enjoy the unboxing

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

FitFigura is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, FitFigura is not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • If you believe your package was lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly

We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.
